Synopsis Ip Man 4 The Finale Fandango
Set In 1964, behind the death of his wife, Ip Man discovers he has throat cancer due to smoking. After his revolutionary son Ip Ching fights help adjacent to a bully, he gets expelled, and Ip decides to travel to San Francisco, allied States to see for a school. His student, Bruce Lee, has misfortune the local martial arts community in San Francisco by opening a Wing Chun school, teaching the Americans martial arts and writing an English language collection upon martial arts.[5] He discovers from an link and his friend, Liang Gen, that a referral letter from the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent membership is needed to enroll into a school. Wan, the president of the Association, refuses to write the letter as Ip does not agree behind the grandmasters' opinions upon Lee's actions. After a brief battle behind Wan, he leaves.
While leaving behind the theoretical after a meeting behind the principal, he chances upon the daughter of Wan, Yonah bodily bullied by a enemy cheerleader, Becky. Wan accuses Ip of using his daughter to acquire the letter, and challenges him to a battle for it. The battle is disrupted by an earthquake, and Wan tells Ip they will finish their battle at the upcoming Mid Autumn Festival. Ip refuses, explaining that he merely escorted his daughter home for her safety, and leaves. Becky complains to her parents that she had been bullied. Her dad Walters, who is an overseer of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, is pressured into holding the membership liable and deporting every Chinese allied behind them. Meanwhile, Hartman, a Staff Sergeant in the allied States Marines, attempts to persuade Barton Geddes, the Gunnery Sergeant, to incorporate Chinese martial arts into their hand-to-hand exploit training. Geddes proves that the Marines' current Karate training is far along by asking him to battle the Marines' Karate instructor, Colin Frater, who defeats Hartman. Hartman far along manages to persuade the Commanding overseer about play a role so, and is instructed to film the Mid Autumn Festival up at the membership for research, which upsets Geddes.
Geddes asks Frater to challenge the Grandmasters at the Festival, defeating a few of them until Ip interferes and defeats him. Meanwhile Wan, who was supposed to be present at the festival, is arrested by the immigration officers. upon seeing Frater defeated, Geddes barges into the membership to locate out where Wan is kept, and defeats everyone there. He next threatens Walters to freedom Wan into the Marines' custody past bringing Wan into the camp to battle him. Due to a tip-off by a student of Lee, the membership is left blank by the era the immigration officers exploit the place. Lee provides refuge for the Association, earning their respect. Wan is seriously slighted from the battle behind Geddes. Ip, filled behind emotions, finally reveals to his son that he has cancer, which finally allows him to talk to his dad greater than the phone after many attempts by Ip. Ip is brought into the Marines' camp by Hartman, and defeats Geddes in a fight. Wan has already prepared the letter for Ip, but the latter said that he does not seek to have emotional impact to San Francisco as he does not behind the place. Ip reconciles behind his son. A strong but weary Ip instructs his son to film him as he demonstrates Wing Chun upon the wooden dummy. Ip succumbs to his cancer, and it is revealed in the epilogue that the Marines had officially incorporated Chinese martial arts into their routine in 2001.
